Jon is a strategic leader with a background in operations, management, and leadership development. His experience spans military service, business strategy, and organizational growth, making him a valuable advisor for business owners navigating critical transitions.
Jon began his career at West Point, earning a dual degree in Economics and Management while developing a strong foundation in decision-making, problem-solving, and team leadership. After graduating, he served as a Tactical Control Officer in Kuwait, overseeing complex operations in high-stakes environments. Over the course of his military career, he held key leadership positions, including Platoon Leader, Tactical Director, and Operations Officer, where he managed teams, streamlined logistics, and ensured mission success under pressure.
Following his military service, Jon earned his MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business, where he expanded his expertise in business operations, organizational efficiency, and strategic execution. He went on to work in corporate strategy and business development, helping companies optimize their operations, improve decision-making, and scale effectively.
At GBM Capital, Jon plays a key role in helping business owners prepare for and navigate the sale process, ensuring a seamless transition for both buyers and sellers. With a focus on structured execution, operational efficiency, and leadership-driven decision-making, he helps companies position themselves for long-term success.
Outside of his work, Jon is passionate about construction projects, skiing, and traveling.
